{think cute designs} thanksgiving LITTLE TURKEY iron-on transfer tutorial

DIY Thanksgiving Turkey t-shirt from Lauren McKinsey

i just adore our LITTLE TURKEY thanksgiving printable collection.  it is FILLED with fun designs and LOTS of fun and interactive projects.  one of my favorite pieces in this collection are the iron-on transfers that are PERFECT for making the most adorable shirts for your turkey loving little ones.  in fact, i even used the little turkey on a canvas bag which would make marvelous favors or even a bag filled with thanksgiving activities or treats to keep your guests entertained.[paragraph split]this was my first time using iron-on transfers and i have to tell you that it was much easier than i expected it to be.  i now find myself looking for things to put my little turkey on. for this project you will need the following supplies:[paragraph split]iron-on transfer paper for ink jet printers.  i purchased mine through Amazon, but they can be found at your local craft store, office supply store or even Wal-Mart.[paragraph split]white t-shirts, canvas bags or any other creative item you have in mind.[paragraph split]once you have all your supplies gathered, print the turkey iron-on transfer onto the transfer paper.  following the instructions included with the paper, cut around the image and apply to the t-shirt or bag using an iron.  it’s really THAT SIMPLE![paragraph split]below you will find my little turkey in action!
